AXS deploys GROW with SAP cloud suite

Payment solution provider AXS has deployed the GROW with SAP cloud suite of solutions to modernise its core operations as it looks beyond its domestic market. Processing over S$20 billion in transactions annually, AXS is well known as a consumer bill payment services facility.
GROW with SAP is a cloud-based service that provides a suite of standardised framework, tools, and best-practice templates to help organisations modernise processes, scale operations and adapt to evolving business needs quickly, with minimal customisation.
The implementation, carried out in partnership with technology firm Nirvasoft, took three months, starting in early 2025. Legacy systems ran in parallel with the new platform during the transition to ensure uninterrupted service.
The new system consolidates finance, sales, procurement, and asset management into a single ERP platform, aiding real-time operational and financial visibility, reducing manual processes, and hastening decision-making. Procurement and budget approvals were also streamlined.
“We recognised the need to modernise our legacy systems to support our next phase of growth,” said group CEO and co-founder of AXS, Jeffrey Goh. “With GROW with SAP, we have improved agility and efficiency, giving us the foundation to build on the last two decades.”
Managing Director of SAP Singapore, Eileen Chua, said: “AXS is a strong example of how companies can use intelligent, cloud-based platforms to remain competitive. The implementation allows them to move quickly and manage complexity effectively.”
AXS now plans to integrate InvoiceNow and document compliance reporting, and is exploring SAP Business AI tools to enhance automation, forecasting, and efficiency.
With these changes, AXS aims to scale its B2B offerings and further extend its presence across Southeast Asia.
